This is the most adorable skirt. I love the fancy ladies with hats trim in the middle and also the sweet birds around the bottom. I twirled like a little girl. Love love this skirt. It’s been at least a decade maybe two since I had bought a skirt. I’ll have this skirt as long as I live.
