Pre-Order Policy

Many Felecia Bella items are offered as pre-orders. Please read the following before placing a pre-order:

  • Deposits, not full price. The amount charged at checkout on a pre-order item is a non-refundable deposit that reserves your size and style. It is not the full purchase price of the item.
  • Balance due on arrival. Once your pre-order arrives at our warehouse, we will invoice you for the remaining balance plus shipping. Payment of this balance is required to complete and ship your order.
  • Commitment to purchase. By placing a pre-order, you are entering a binding commitment to purchase. Once an order is placed and the goods are received, you are responsible for completing payment and accepting your order. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Final sale. All pre-order items are final sale. They are not eligible for refunds, returns, or store credit.
  • In-stock orders. For regular, in-stock (non-pre-order) purchases, cancellations are issued as store credit only. We do not provide refunds on cancelled orders.

Returns Policy

Due to limited stock availability, our return window has been updated to 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

How to Return

  • To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons other than our error are not eligible for return.

  • Returns received more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Store Credit (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If approved, you will receive a special code to use on your next purchase. You have 15 days to use it.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the item does not fit. To request an exchange:

If your item is damaged and you would like it repaired, please contact us to discuss repair options based on the damage.

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

  • For returns of items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
