Returns Policy
Due to limited stock availability, our return window has been updated to 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons other than our error are not eligible for return.
Returns received more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If approved, you will receive a special code to use on your next purchase. You have 15 days to use it.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the item does not fit. To request an exchange:

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For returns of items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
