Pre-Order Policy
Many Felecia Bella items are offered as pre-orders. Please read the following before placing a pre-order:

  • Deposits, not full price. The amount charged at checkout on a pre-order item is a non-refundable deposit that reserves your size and style. It is not the full purchase price of the item.
  • Balance due on arrival. Once your pre-order arrives at our warehouse we will invoice you for the remaining balance plus shipping. Payment of this balance is required to complete and ship your order.
  • Commitment to purchase. By placing a pre-order you are entering a binding commitment to purchase. Once an order is placed and the goods are received you are responsible for completing payment and accepting your order. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Final sale. All pre-order items are final sale. They are not eligible for refunds, returns, or store credit.
  • In-stock orders. For regular in-stock non-pre-order purchases, cancellations are issued as store credit only. We do not provide refunds on cancelled orders.

Returns Policy

Effective September 1st — 15% Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the item's original purchase price. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.

Example: Return a $100 item and receive $85 in store credit after the restocking fee.

This fee does NOT apply to:

  • Exchanges
  • Defective items
  • Items sent in error by Felecia Bella

Policy Details:

  • All returns are issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
  • You have 14 days to use your store credit.
  • Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to process a return.
  • We must receive your return within 14 days of its original delivery to you.
  • You are responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached — unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
  • Items must be free of odor, stains, cigarette smoke and pet hair.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Clearance and sale items — final sale, not eligible for return
  • Bralettes and other intimate apparel
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Gift cards, store credit, and discount codes
  • Pre-order items

⚠️ If you ship back an item that is ineligible for return the items will not be shipped back to you and will be donated to a local women's shelter — or you will be responsible for the cost to have the items shipped back to you.

How to Request a Return:

  • Once the return is approved you will receive a return ID and instructions
  • Once the items are received we will issue store credit only
