- All returns are issued store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
- Please inspect items ASAP.
- We must be contacted within 3 days of delivery to process returns.
- We must receive your return within 14 days of it's original delivery to you.
- You are responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Unwashed, Unworn and Unaltered.
- Items must be free of odor, stains, cigarette smoke and pet hair.
What items are non-returnable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Clearance and Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
- Bralettes and other intimate apparel.
- Jewelry and Accessories
- Gift cards, store credit and discount codes are not redeemable for cash.
********If you ship back an item that is ineligible for return, the items will not be shipped back to you and will be donated to a local women's shelter or you will be responsible for the cost to have the items shipped back to you.
